Thai Chili

We take local cream and cold infuse it overnight with local organic thai chili peppers, then blend it with our pure Fair Trade Certified Belgian dark chocolate. The result is an amazingly smooth, creamy ganache with a kick of thai chili at the end. The smooth flavor and after burn will have you longing for more.  This truffle has won best in show at the North Carolina Pepper Festival and the North Carolina State Fair!
