Our homemade caramel is made with locally sourced cream and mixed with the perfect amount of French Fleur de Sel (sea salt), hand dipped in Fair Trade Certified Belgian milk chocolate, and lightly sprinkled with a few more grains of the hand harvested "flower of the sea".
